Abuse reports
ASHVPN is intended for lawful, secure, everyday VPN use.
ASHVPN does not permit use of the service for abuse, fraud, spam, malware, harassment, piracy, credential attacks, scraping abuse, platform abuse, child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related activity, or unlawful activity.
If you believe ASHVPN infrastructure has been involved in abuse, send a report to:
What to include in an abuse report
Please include as much of the following as possible:
- the ASHVPN hostname, IP address, or other network identifier involved;
- the date and time of the activity, including timezone;
- logs, screenshots, message headers, URLs, transaction references, or other evidence;
- a short description of the issue;
- your name, organisation, and contact email if you need a response;
- any urgent risk, safety issue, or legal deadline.
Please do not send passwords, private keys, one-time codes, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive personal data.
How ASHVPN may respond
ASHVPN may review reports and take action where appropriate, including:
- asking for more information;
- checking account, subscription, device, network, or operational records available to ASHVPN;
- restricting or suspending access;
- terminating service for serious or repeated abuse;
- preserving relevant records where legally appropriate;
- reporting serious unlawful activity to the relevant provider, platform, payment processor, authority, or law-enforcement body where appropriate.
ASHVPN may not be able to provide detailed updates about another customer account, internal investigation, security controls, or legal matters.
Law-enforcement and legal requests
Law-enforcement bodies, regulators, solicitors, and other legal requesters should contact:
Requests should clearly identify:
- the requesting person, organisation, or authority;
- the legal basis for the request;
- the information requested;
- the relevant date and time range, including timezone;
- any relevant IP address, hostname, account email, payment reference, or other identifier;
- the deadline for response;
- contact details for verification and follow-up.
ASHVPN will review legal requests before taking action and may require formal legal process, clarification, or verification.
Customer support
For customer support, include:
- your account email;
- your plan, if known;
- your device type;
- the ASHVPN location you are trying to use;
- approximate date and time of the issue;
- screenshots or error messages where helpful.
Do not send your WireGuard private key or any password.
