What ASHVPN provides
ASHVPN provides WireGuard-based VPN access across supported ASHVPN locations.
ASHVPN is designed for lawful, secure, everyday VPN use.
ASHVPN is not marketed as an anonymous VPN, a piracy service, a spam tool, a scraping tool, a fraud tool, or an abuse-friendly proxy service.
ASHVPN may add, remove, pause, replace, or change locations where needed to operate the service safely and lawfully.
Plans, locations, and device access
ASHVPN plans are based on approved device counts.
Customers receive access to all live ASHVPN locations included with their plan. Customers do not purchase one location only.
Customers must not resell, publish, lease, transfer, or share ASHVPN access, configuration files, account access, or device slots without written permission from ASHVPN.
Customers must not attempt to bypass device limits, create unauthorised copies of configurations, or use one device slot for multiple unauthorised users or devices.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate account and contact information;
- keeping their account email secure;
- keeping devices and VPN configuration files secure;
- using ASHVPN lawfully;
- following the Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Use Policy;
- contacting ASHVPN promptly if access details, device configurations, or account email may have been misused;
- not sending ASHVPN passwords, WireGuard private keys, one-time codes, recovery codes, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive personal data.
Acceptable use
Customers must use ASHVPN lawfully and must not use ASHVPN for abuse, fraud, spam, malware, harassment, piracy, credential attacks, scraping abuse, platform abuse, child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related activity, or unlawful activity.
The full rules are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Use Policy.
ASHVPN may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate access where misuse is suspected or confirmed.
Payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds
Payments are handled through Stripe or another approved payment processor.
Prices may be shown before VAT, tax, duties, currency conversion fees, card fees, bank fees, or other charges where applicable.
Cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
ASHVPN may suspend or restrict access where payment fails, a payment is reversed, a chargeback is opened, fraud is suspected, or a subscription expires.
Setup and configuration
ASHVPN may provide setup instructions, configuration files, QR codes, or other access materials where needed to provide the service.
Customers must keep setup materials secure and must not publish, sell, lease, transfer, or share them.
Customers must not send ASHVPN WireGuard private keys or passwords.
Configuration, replacement, revocation, and device-slot rules may be further explained in the Device, Setup & Account Policy.
Service availability and performance
ASHVPN aims to provide a stable VPN service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed speeds, fixed latency, fixed routes, or permanent availability of any particular location.
Service may be affected by maintenance, faults, customer device issues, local internet connection, Wi-Fi quality, routing, congestion, third-party networks, provider outages, abuse mitigation, capacity management, or security response.
ASHVPN may manage, pause, replace, or restrict parts of the service where needed to protect customers, infrastructure, providers, payment processors, or legal position.
Suspension, restriction, and termination
ASHVPN may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access where:
- payment fails, expires, is reversed, or is disputed;
- the customer breaches these Terms of Service or another ASHVPN policy;
- ASHVPN reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or security risk;
- the customer attempts to bypass device limits or resell/share access;
- ASHVPN is required or reasonably expected to act by law, court order, regulator, provider, payment processor, or infrastructure partner;
- continued access creates operational, legal, security, provider, payment, or abuse risk.
