Service information

ASHVPN provides WireGuard-based VPN access across supported ASHVPN locations.

Customers receive access to all live ASHVPN locations included with their plan. Customers do not purchase one location only.

ASHVPN is designed for lawful, secure, everyday VPN use.

ASHVPN is not marketed as an anonymous VPN, a piracy service, a spam tool, a scraping tool, a fraud tool, or an abuse-friendly proxy service.

For general support, account questions, billing questions, cancellation requests, refund requests, abuse reports, and legal notices, contact:

Until dedicated support, abuse, or billing inboxes are created and delivery-tested, [email protected] remains the confirmed public contact address.

Abuse reports

Abuse reports should include as much useful information as possible, including:

the relevant ASHVPN hostname or IP address, if known;
the date and time of the activity, including timezone;
logs, screenshots, headers, URLs, or other evidence where available;
a short description of the issue;
reporter contact details for follow-up.

ASHVPN may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where misuse is suspected or confirmed.

Legal notices and law-enforcement requests

Legal notices and law-enforcement requests should be sent to [email protected].

Requests should identify the requesting authority or party, the legal basis for the request, the relevant date/time range, and the specific information requested.

ASHVPN will review requests before taking action and may seek clarification, reject invalid requests, or require formal legal process where appropriate.
